The console is the LeedAB workspace, the screen you open in the morning. It is built so a leader can see the state of the operation and act on it in one place.

The command nav

The COO lives top-left on every screen as a command mark. From it you get:
  • What needs your call, surfaced the moment you open the workspace and held until it is resolved.
  • A focus command bar to ask a question or issue an instruction, with the COO drafting the exact action and answering from live data.
  • A live view of what the team is working on.
Because it rides every screen, you never have to go looking for the COO to act.
The console command nav strip

The command nav: where you are, the Autopilot switch, and the workspace menu, always in reach.

Your operators

Each operator has its own surface for the work in its area. Open one to read its view, ask it something, or hand it a task. It proposes actions you confirm, and hands off to the COO or another operator when a job crosses authority.

One place for the operation

Alongside the team, a workspace gives you the shared documents and knowledge your operators read from, and the audit trail of everything that has happened. The numbers on every surface come from the same live source, so what an operator tells you always matches what the screen shows.
