# Quickstart

> Create your workspace and meet your operators in about two minutes.

Getting started with LeedAB is not a coding task. You describe your operation, and LeedAB hires your team. Here is the whole flow.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Create your workspace">
    Pick a workspace name. This becomes your company's operating system at its own address. Each workspace is isolated: its own operators, its own data, its own audit trail.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Tell LeedAB about your operation">
    Add your title (for example COO, Founder, or Head of Ops) and a line about what you spend most of your time on, such as "chasing confirmations and reconciling invoices over email." A website is optional. This takes about two minutes.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Your operators are hired">
    LeedAB reads your operation and hires the right team. You can start from a template or let it tailor the team to you:

    <CardGroup cols={2}>
      <Card title="A template" icon="inbox">
        A sensible starting team for your industry and role, ready to work your portals, inboxes, ERPs and spreadsheets.
      </Card>

      <Card title="Tailored to you" icon="wand-magic-sparkles">
        LeedAB reads your operation and tunes the team from there, hiring the operators your work actually needs.
      </Card>
    </CardGroup>
  </Step>

  <Step title="Walk into your workspace">
    Your team lands already briefed, with the first tasks queued. The COO is waiting on every screen with what needs your attention first.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## What you will see

When the workspace opens, you are in the **console**, the place you work with your team.

* The **COO** sits top-left on every screen. The moment you open the workspace it has already surfaced what needs a human call and can draft the exact action for you.
* Your **operators** line up in the workspace, each ready to take work in its area.
* Open any one to **chat**, ask a question, or hand it a task. It answers from your live data and proposes actions you confirm.
