# Working with your team

> Chat, hand off tasks, and confirm actions.

You work with your operators in plain language. Open one, or use the COO's command bar from any screen, and tell it what you need.

## Ask a question

Ask an operator anything about your operation and it answers from your live data, citing the same figures the rest of the workspace shows. Because every operator reads the one source, you get a straight answer, not generic text.

## Hand off a task

Give an operator a task and it gets to work in its area: drafting, checking, and preparing the next step. When the job needs a decision or crosses into another operator's authority, it hands off rather than acting outside its remit.

## Confirm an action

When an operator is ready to change something in your business, it **proposes** the action and shows you the impact. You **confirm** before anything happens. For consequential actions you see exactly what you are committing to, the proposal is frozen at confirm time, and the result lands in the audit trail.

## Stay in the loop

The COO keeps the next move in front of you on every screen, so you can approve, redirect, or ask a follow-up without hunting for where the work is. You are always in command, and nothing consequential happens without your sign-off.
